Your data is used strictly to power your KleoAI experience. We use your uploaded materials to generate custom study sessions, and your performance data to adapt the AI's difficulty and focus areas.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your study materials to train public, open-source AI models. Your notes stay your notes.

When you upload PDFs, images, or paste text, the data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Files are temporarily processed by our secure AI infrastructure to extract the text and generate questions.

We employ strict access controls. No human employees read your private study notes unless explicitly requested by you for a support ticket.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your theme preferences. We also use minimal analytics cookies to understand how students navigate the platform so we can improve the UI.

You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect some tracking features like your daily streak.

We retain your account data and study history for as long as your account is active, allowing you to review past performance and maintain your weak spot map over multiple semesters.

If you delete your account, we will permanently wipe your personal data and uploaded files from our active servers within 30 days.
