By creating an account on KleoAI, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

Accounts are intended for personal use. Sharing account credentials with multiple individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension. We reserve the right to monitor account activity to prevent abuse.

You agree not to use KleoAI to upload, generate, or share any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platform's infrastructure. Any automated mass-uploading or systematic data extraction will trigger automatic bans. Keep it academic, keep it respectful.

KleoAI offers both free and premium subscription plans. By upgrading to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but you will retain premium access until your cycle ends.

While KleoAI strives for accuracy, our generated questions, explanations, and report analyses are powered by AI and may occasionally contain errors or hallucinations.

Our platform is a study aid, not a replacement for formal education or professional advice. You are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information before an exam. KleoAI cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades.

You retain all rights and ownership to the original study materials (notes, PDFs, images) you upload to KleoAI. We do not claim copyright over your uploads.

By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process, parse, and analyze the material strictly for the purpose of generating your quizzes and study plans. We do not use your personal academic material to train public AI models.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in behavior that harms the KleoAI community or infrastructure.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account voluntarily, you may simply discontinue using the platform or request account deletion through your profile settings.
